1 cup butter, softened or melted
1 egg
1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries

1. In a small bowl, blend the yogurt and baking soda, set aside.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease 2 large baking sheet.
3. In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, lemon juice, and salt. Mix in the butter. Stir the yogurt mixture and egg into the flour mixture until just moistened. Stir in the blueberries.
4. Turn dough out onto a light floured surface, and knead bread briefly. Roll or pat into two, 3/4 inch thick rounds. Cut each into 12 wedges, and place them 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet.

Great article

This is a great article. I highly recommend reading it. It's about the current chief of staff of the Air Force's wife, who really stepped out and went above and beyond her usual duties as an officer's wife and built the Center for the Families of the Fallen. It's a place for families to mourn their loss of a service member before they witness their loved one reaching U.S. soil again at Dover, AFB.
Anyway, the article was well written and really hit home, being a military wife.
